Alors qu'aucune réponse n'avait été apportée à notre mail dans lequel nous interrogions le top management de Ramsay Santé France au sujet du devenir des salariés du 3e étage du siège parisien, il a fallu un petit message rédigé en anglais pour obtenir une piste de réponse.

L'ensemble des représentants syndicaux de l'UES, a fait parvenir le vendredi 11 octobre, le message initial traduit dans la langue de Shakespeare à un membre du board australien.
Quelques 72 heures plus tard (la faute au décalage horaire) c'est à l'occasion du CSE que la Direction a bien voulu nous donner un début d'éléments de réponse.
Un projet est bien en cours, mais pas suffisamment avancé pour avoir des informations (sic). Quelques renseignements seront communiqués aux élus... au prochain CSE qui se tiendra à la fin novembre.

The SYNDEX expertise cabinet, mandated in 2018 by the French Comité d’Entreprise (CE), has presented its report indicating to employees that the current sublease of office space, located on the 3rd floor in the SEASON’s building (Ramsay Paris), expires in November 2020.
In parallel, regarding the CERGY-ETOILE building, the webcam, designed for monitoring the construction performance (http://10.3.33.10:8081/), has shown the works’ good progress. This implies that the deadlines will be met.
Finally, we have just been informed that once the Administrative and Financial support entities are relocated to the new building in Cergy, 2 floors out of 8, will be left unoccupied, leaving the option to transfer some functions from headquarter.
All this information, known by relevant staff, has induced them to believe that the move to the Cergy location is inevitable and thus as early as in the middle of 2020.
Some most sought after employees, not wanting to move to the far suburb of Cergy (40 km or around one hour from Paris, by public transportation), are looking for external job opportunities. Some have already given their notice or ended their trial period.
Given the challenges ahead of the Ramsay Group for the next few months (CAPIO integration, tools convergence, GENOME project, …), it feels appropriate to let you know of the impact that such information has on employee motivation and involvement. We would be grateful if you could clarify these concerns in relation to the current situation.
More than ever, employees need to face the future more serenely within the company and focus on their projects.
We asked directly, at the end of september, the HR team, and the France top management for information. No one wants to provide concrete answer. The silence is the only answer we’ve got so far, and we can’t imagine, that one year before the term, no project is launched.
Have the assurance, Madam, that we wish globally a clear improvement of the social dialogue with our French management.
